Nature of the Service

Lee County Released Inmates is a private information resource. It does not store official jail, court, release, or supervision files. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, submit a government request, or take action in a case. Its pages point readers to SWVRJA, VADOC, Virginia courts, BOP, notification systems, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

• Do not use the site while committing or planning an unlawful act.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use information for any prohibited FCRA decision.
• Do not attempt access to systems or data without authorization.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and its advertising or search partners do not provide a screening service through this site. This site does not control an outside service’s content, collection practices, prices, accuracy, or availability. Review that provider’s own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• The service will remain available without interruption
• Every defect, security issue, or programming error is absent
• A partner search will return every relevant public record

Custody status and government records change often. Nothing published here is an official statement from SWVRJA, VADOC, the Lee County Sheriff, a court, or another agency.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only to the extent required to make it enforceable.
